Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

This Clarification Text has been prepared by TMF Solutions (the “Company”), acting as data controller, to inform data subjects about the processing of personal data pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

2. Personal Data Processed

• Identity and contact data: full name, e-mail address, phone number (via contact and quote forms)
• Application data: CV and message content you submit with career applications
• Transaction security data: IP address, date and time information kept in server logs

3. Purposes of Processing

• Responding to and following up contact and quote requests
• Evaluating career applications
• Providing services and managing contractual processes
• Fulfilling legal obligations and ensuring information security

4. Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK — the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that your fundamental rights are not harmed — and otherwise based on your explicit consent.

5. Transfers

Your personal data may be shared only with hosting and IT infrastructure providers to the extent required by the service, and with authorised public institutions upon lawful request. It is not otherwise transferred to third parties, sold or rented for marketing purposes.

6. Retention

Personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purposes and the statutory limitation periods, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
• To know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
• To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• To request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7
• To object to a result arising against you through automated analysis
• To claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing

8. Applications

You may submit your requests regarding the above rights to info@tmfse.com. Applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with the procedures set out in the KVKK.
